Apex Systems is looking for an Entry Level Document Clerk for a Food Manufacturer in Anaheim, CA.

Title: Document Clerk

Location: Anaheim, CA

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Scan documents
• Order supplies
• Prepares reports to replenish picking inventory
• Coordinates transfers and sample/stability product requests
• Performs and enters counts into inventory system
• Researches and assists with discrepancies in inventory
• Collects and prepares pull down requests for packers
• Logs cube and weight for new items
• Following safety rules, SOPs and/or cGMP guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• GMP knowledge
• Basic math skills.
• Effective written communication skills, including legibility.
