We are recruiting for full-time Property Managers for our Affordable communities in the San Luis Obispo County, CA area, located near the beautiful California Central Coast. These positions comes with apartment. Must be outgoing, relate and work well with tenants, be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Prior property management experience in the affordable housing industry with USDA, TCAC, HOME and/or HUD experience a plus! Ability to be Tax Credit Certified. Excellent computer skills a must and experience working with YARDI or other property management software highly desirable. We provide excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick, holiday, etc.). Candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle, proof of insurance and valid CA driver's license.
