Work you will do¦
Effectively market the apartment community
Provide excellent customer service while conducting tours of our apartment homes and community
Process and evaluate rental applications
Facilitate move ins and move outs
Collect and deposit rents
Handling residents requests or concerns
Requirements¦
2 years of CONSISTENT customer service or sales experience
Computer and office skills
Must possess professional communication (written and verbal)
Professional appearance
Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
Ability to work ANY day of the week from 9am-6pm
