You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Do you embrace the tasks of mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? A long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Bakersfield, California area.Your responsibilities
Answer telephone calls
Assist other employees with diverse projects
Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
Greet and instruct visitors
Requirements
Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Human Resources (HR) Administration experience
Foundational knowledge in Account Balance
Command of compensation and benefits
Customer service experience
Proven knowledge of Compensation Law
Well-founded grasp of HR Payroll System
Administrative Assistance experience
Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
