As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This long-term temporary-to-full-time Data Entry Clerk position is in Bakersfield, California.What you get to do every dayCarrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions
Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies
Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Assisting with special projects as required
Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met
Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
RequirementsProduce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Command of numeric data entry
1+ years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communications skills
