Description:This position will report to Human Resources Manager/ Corporate HR/Risk Manager.Answer and direct phone calls
Take and distribute messages
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Maintain log of daily visitors
Photocopy, scan/attach, fax
Prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages
Keep lobby area neat and tidy
Greet employees and visitors
Direct visitors to correct locations and/or HR representative
Manage incoming packages
Special projects as assigned
Assist HR department with recruiting process to include applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, and managing on-boarding of employees
