Evaluate current office organizational structure and make improvements
Assist Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
Participate in creating and altering office policies and procedure for improved workflow
Lead overall office administration
Manage communication systems, office equipment, utility services, office reception, mail and distribution services, word processing, and copy services
Requirements
Medical manager experience
Experience with HIPAA compliance patient privacy rules
Demonstrated knowledge of Centricity
Solid understanding of supervising
Background working with policies & procedures
Adeptness in general practice
Expertise in patient registrar
General familiarity with customer service
Medical terminology experience
Practical knowledge of employee relations
Microsoft Office experience highly preferred
Requires past experience) in a supervisory role
Need at least 3+ years of job related experience
