Royal T Management is a large property management looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, has a great eye for detail and loves to make things sparkle to join our team as a groundskeeper.
The Groundskeeper is an important part of the team and is essential to maintaining our high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to the exterior of the apartment community.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain community appearance by walking property on a frequent basis removing liter
-Keep all common areas (pool, laundry room, fitness center, dumpster, recreation room) free and clean of debris
-Deweb and clean exterior light fixtures
-Pressure wash exterior buildings
-Report maintenance issues to property manager
Requirements:
-Self motivated
-Basic knowledge of cleaning material
-Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
-Must be able to work early mornings
-Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
