We're looking to hire for the following positions: line cook, prep-cook, cashier / barista. LOTS OF ROOM FOR GROWTH AND ADVANCEMENT.
For COOKS, fast food/short-order experience is required. Cooks should know their way around a plancha/flat-top and deep-fryer. Must be able to "hustle" when the line gets busy.
Prep cooks must have good knife skills. Must be able to read recipes and make marinades, sauces, trim basic meats, portioning.
