Looking for a Veterinary Receptionist with possible assistant duties also. Part-time with potential for full-time considered. Must be detail oriented and able to follow directions. Must be efficient and proficient in customer service, answering telephones, computer work, checking clients in and out, and taking payments. Candidate must be able to multi-task well, pay attention to details, and communicate well with clients, staff, and management. Must be accurate and learn from mistakes. Looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes correction and constructive criticism and learns from it. Would like to see someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about the impact their performance has on the pets and their owners. Must be able to interact with the clients and rest of team well, including management. Common sense is a must! Will consider part-time and full-time. Management has high standards and expectations and is looking for someone who is able to perform well.
