About Our Family:
We are a busy and professional family with two young children and a senior Shih Tzu. Mom works a demanding corporate schedule with consistent 10-hour days, and Dad’s work schedule is seven days a week and often shifts and changes quickly. We deeply value our time together and are looking for support that helps us create more ease at home and maximize our family connection.
Our daughter (1) and our son (2.5) keep us laughing, learning, and on our toes. Both children attend the same daycare from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional half days and holidays that will require backup support. Grandparents live nearby and generously assist with many of the drop-offs and pickups. We’ve had a nanny in the past, but as our family’s needs have grown, we’re now looking for someone who can take a more well-rounded approach to the overall management of our home.
Trust, communication, and reliability are essential. We appreciate someone who asks questions, aligns expectations, offers ideas, and then executes with care and confidence.
