LRS Realty and Management, Inc. is a full service management company. We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals who have the knowledge of and ability to do maintenance work.
Our maintenance Technician's are responsible for performing a multitude of tasks including maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other duties, as assigned. Ideal applicants will have previous general maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Please note that this position requires weekend working hours. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with appliances, plumbing, carpentry electrical work, operating power tools.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma preferred
- 2 + years experience in property management- preferred; but not required.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
-Knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures.
Abilities: - Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
-Demonstrate customer - service orientation
-Strong attention to detail.
-Good organization and time management skills.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Must carry/lift loads of over 75 lbs.
