On-Site Apartment Manager needed
LRS is currently seeking an On-Site Resident Manager for a 20 unit building in Shafter. Two bedroom / One bath unit available. This position is Part Time. Must live on site.
Compensation is negotiable depending on skills and abilities.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to work with one of Southern California's most prestigious real estate companies.
Abilities needed for this position:
Customer service attitude toward residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and co-workers
Show apartments and complete lease agreements accurately
Keep the property litter free and welcoming to guests and residents
Collect and deposit rents, and issue late/eviction notices
Must have own computer, and are able to learn new applications (Appfolio)
Understand Fair Housing laws and able to apply them in real world situations
Must have reliable transportation for banking and maintenance purposes
Handyman skills for general maintenance preferred
