This job isn't for the meek, but if you consider yourself top-of-class and ready for a challenge, we want you!Responsibilities:Manage and guide client relationships with a consultative approachDevelop project scopes and marketing briefs, assist in developing strategy, secure approval on strategy and manage to achieve goals and objectivesManage client budget and creative approvalsLead on management of and reporting on success metrics, internal tracking documents, and quarterly client reportsPartner with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics and campaignsManage and secure client approvals of scope of work, project estimates, invoices and work with client to update status and revise project scopes as necessaryInterpret client requests, technical requirements, and data to write effective tickets and scopes of work and communicate needs and expectations with clientsAnalyze data and account performance and report to client on a monthly basisBuild and presents client-facing seasonal marketing plansPresent new marketing opportunities and recommended technical upgrades to clientsInteract with and provide day-to-day communication to clientRequirements:Our firm has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space; our clients expect and deserve the attention of a professional with:A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include internet marketing, paid media, medical device sales, SAAS)Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical management approach with a focus on building partnerships with clientsAbility to manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clientsKnowledge and experience in online marketing and advertising practicesA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standardsCollaborative work style and commitment to get the job doneBudget development and oversight experienceIdeal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence (EQ), be a strong client advocate, be self-driven, and able to manage their own book of businessBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology or related field preferredWe truly enjoy each other here at Etna and you will fit in best if you have:A sense of humor and optimistic personalityAn eye for detailsA collaborative attitudeSelf-motivationGood judgementA resourceful natureEtna Interactive operates a distributed team with members in-office (San Luis Obispo, CA) and remote.
