Trillium Construction is now hiring Solar Installers in the Bakersfield, CA Area to start ASAP!
The pay rate is up to $25 per hour DOE, Per Diem is $700/week. The project is long term and expected to last 6-months until hired on permanently by company. Hours are Monday - Saturday, 1st shift, 40-60 hours/week. Solar training provided at company office!
Job Duties:
-Installing Solar Panels on Commercial Flat Rooftops
-Bolting up structure components such as solar panels, racking, and wiring mounts.
-Installing all wiring for solar panel systems
-Preparing sites on the ground for beam installations
Qualifications
-Must have basic hand tools for assembly/solar installations
-Ability to read blueprints a plus
-Experience working on solar/commercial flat rooftops a plus
-Must be comfortable working from heights
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
