Compensation: Starting at $0.58 per mile – ALL MILES PAID (loaded & empty)
Schedule: Out 9–14 days at a time, home for 2–3 days

Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes (CA ➜ TX and surrounding states)
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate effectively with dispatch for trip updates and route planning
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries with proper trip scheduling
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and submit required trip paperwork
Keep truck clean, organized, and in good condition
Represent the company professionally with customers and on the road
