What You Will Be Doing

Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, diagrams and assembly drawings.
Interface with Engineering and Quality Assurance regarding assembly requirements, workmanship standards and customer product specifications.

Conduct final assembly and functionality test.

Align, fit, and assemble mechanical /electrical component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.

Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.

Inspect mechanical and electrical parts and hardware in assemblies, using microscopes and other tools.

Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

What You Need for this Position

- High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of work experience, prefer technical school
- Specific skills with PCB testing

- Some level of electronic component testing and repair experience required

- Solder repairing experience desired

- Clean room environment experience

- Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality

- Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



Physical Requirements:

- While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time, walk and reach with hands and arms

- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds (Chest level)

- Approximately 90% of the work is performed in Clean room area (Class 10,000)



Work Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday, second or third shift hours (2pm - 10pm OR 10pm - 6am)
