• Manage and maintain the enterprise applications used throughout the business and subsidiary brands, shepherding projects from start to finish
• Coordinate new implementation projects and configure new applications to integrate with environment
• Develop SOP documentation to bring completed projects into business-as-usual support
• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure partners to ensure safety and functionality remain a priority for all applications
• Become a SME and escalation point for all enterprise applications in use by the business
• Provide accurate reporting on application metrics

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong experience with Okta, Azure/o365, SAML/SSO, AWS
• Advanced knowledge/skill in SaaS, IdAM, Cloud Services
• Effective command of script language (PowerShell)
• Intuitive ability to understand the interaction between business processes and infrastructure
• Understand IT goals, project completion timeline, and the impact to end user support
• Confident self-starter with a resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems with minimal information
