(2 coordinators and one Manager) This is a fast paced job that allows you to work closely with the sales, warehouse, and transportation teams. We are seeking an individual who can work with autonomy, make good decisions, and work in a constantly changing fast paced environment.Job Duties Include:· Maintain communications and updates with customers, sales, carriers and management on order status· Process and enter all work orders and customer purchase orders· Maintain logistics shipping and receiving reports· Resolve carrier discrepancies· Provide weekly shipping delivery receipts to warehouse and production· Complete miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager· Maintains administrative functions for the Logistics Department including, but not limited to, data entry, filing, and maintenance of department spreadsheets· Proactively problem solve and communicate with appropriate departments when product or customer service issues arise· Follow up on order and shipping errors to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction· Collaborate with others in Logistics to ensure fast processing of orders· Investigate processing as well as customer problems and provide strategic solutions· Assist with other projects as neededDay in the Life:This person will be working closely with sales and warehouse distribution to ensure order accuracy and ultimate customer satisfaction. It is fast paced because things change at a moments noticed. An example: A truck breaking down or getting in an accident will delay orders. You have to be able to stop what your doing, notify the client (store like costco), sales and warehouse and provide a solution. There is quite a bit of communication between email and phone calls, both outbound and inbound.Skills:Logistics, Microsoft excel, Customer service, Inventory, Supply chain, Navision, Logistics manufacturing, Microsoft office, Administrative skillsTop Skills Details:· High school diploma or equivalent experience, college Degree Preferred· 1 + years administrative & customer service support· Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:What Kind of Person will do well on your team?We need an individual who can work alone, but also well with a team. There are a lot of decisions that will need to be made without the guidance of leadership, so a problem solver and confident decision maker is needed.

We also need someone who is ok in a job that changes constantly. Aside from regular reporting, anything could happen in distribution at anytime that will cause for intervention. Multi tasking is important.

Top 3 Skills:Excel, customer service soft skills, multi taskingBare Minimum Qualifications:They will need have experience with an ERP Navision is not needed, because they will have to learn our formatting any way.They will need to know Excel. There is reporting and this person will need to know how to format the reports.
