We're actively hiring customer service enthusiasts to serve as our IMMUNIZATION PATIENT COORDINATORS. Pharmaca’s Customer Service Team Members are the first faces our customers see and are ambassadors for the Pharmaca brand. Our Immunization Patient Coordinators will be at the forefront of our fight against COVID 19. This is an amazing opportunity to directly assist our community during this unprecedented time. This is a temporary position with the potential of long-term employment with Pharmaca.As an Immunization Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for the intake and triage of immunization patients. You will greet incoming clients and act as a host for them during their visit – ensuring that we provide an outstanding and unique shopping and health experience.You may also gain experience in retail merchandising, expand on store operation skills and grow your natural-product knowledge base. We operate under the philosophy of being One Team – this means you’ll interact with acupuncturists, estheticians, pharmacists and more. Our CS Team Members are can-doers and problem solvers with the brightest dispositions around! Here’s what we’re looking for:Some experience in a retail environment
Experience as a restaurant host is a plUS
Past practice in running a register and utilizing hand-held devices
Confidence in math skills and cash handling
Strong attention to detail and understanding a sense of urgency
Ability to bring a smile to a stranger’s face
Relationship building and interpersonal interaction expertise
