Desktop Support IMMEDIATE NEED for a Desktop Support Specialist to join an IT services company for a contract position in Brea, CA. This will be an onsite role to assist the company with daily IT support, as well as their initiative to hire and onboard 100 new employees. Responsibilities:
Office 365 experience, AD, create accounts, end user support / Windows admin function
Basic organizing supplies, prepping computers, wiping computers, onboarding, off boarding, copiers are working properly, unlocking accounts. Mac support needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a desktop support role
Great communication skills with the ability to give white glove service
