Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time and recommend solutions to Manufacturing Engineers.
Assist Manufacturing Engineers with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures, including writing document change requests and deviations.
Collaborate with customers to ensure efficiency of production.
Qualifications
Experience with instrumentation design including electrical and mechanical
components, product design and fabrication experience with electro-mechanical
devices preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot/analyze problems and make recommendations.
Self-starter, sense of urgency to resolve issues and complete projects.
Work well with others, coordinate efforts with own and other departments.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to learn and use software tools in troubleshooting activities.
