Job Description:

Seeking a skilled & energetic Business Systems Analyst. Your primary responsibilities will be the creation and maintenance of ongoing project documentation and trackers and administration of program tools used across the Technology workstreams. You will also assist in the change management process as well as with creating and updating presentations, project coordination, and project financials as needed.

Responsibilities:
Streamline and improve internal and external reporting
Conduct meetings/workshops with senior busines leadership (Director+) to gather project data for input into project documentation/plans
Continuously update status reports and presentation decks for 2C Program
Assist in maintaining project tracking documents (RAID logs, project plans, specialty space tracker, LV trackers, meeting minutes, etc.)
Maintain critical technology databases to feed into high level Network, IT/AV, Low Voltage plans
Work with Global Real Estate to ensure ongoing adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with other Project consultants across all workstreams to capture ongoing project changes and identify dependencies, gaps and critical path changes
Work closely with Technology Project Managers and Finance counterparts to ensure gathered information is properly translated into cohesive business, strategic decisions
Maintain 2C Specialty Space database, tracking of business handling of specialty equipment (budgeting, procurement and installation)
Collaborate with 2C PMO to maintain necessary asset inventory counts and descriptions (hard phones, electronic asset move decisions, etc.)
Liaise with internal & external technology teams, to ensure agreed business system features are properly implemented

Work Experience:
4+ years related experience and experiences of assisting PMs throughout full project lifecycle
Prior experience working in project and program management environment is highly preferred.
Key interface between PMO and key business stakeholders as analyst in real estate design and construction projects (preferably in a more recent corporate project with open workplace concept and collaboration and productivity enablement as a priority) is a strong advantage.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certifications:
BS/BA preferred
PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP or equivalent professional certificate preferred

Knowledge/Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products a requirement
Knowledge of program/project management tools and packages
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent written/verbal oral communications and presentation skills; able to communicate with people confidently at all levels in a professional and mature manner; will be continuously corresponding with Business senior leadership
Well organized & disciplined. Attention to detail required ability to work with a large amount of content and ability to consolidate and simplify to drive clarity
Accountability to delivery timelines
Hardworking and reliable teammate and collaborator; ability to take direction well
Ability to balance multiple concurrent activities across cross-functional workstreams
Required Skills: MS OFFICE; REPORTS; DOCUMENTATION; PROJECT DATA; CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
