EP gets client requests from the client. Some we want to do and some we don't want to do. We have an
RFP process for the clients to make these requests.
Thus, the PM gets these, fine tunes sthem with the client and when a project is green lit will manage the expecations of delivery with the client and makes sure internally the project is on track.
It is really an Engagement Management type role.
Examples:
Product Project (data feed to give to ABC that has to be in a certain way.
Data needs to go into Data Warehouse at a studio, so a lot of System Integration type projects:
Agile shop (scrum master not really, yet should know agile methodology)
