Robert Half Technology is in URGENT need of a Mac OSX technician for a prestigious technology company in Burbank, CA. The Mac OSX technician will be responsible for:
The office is predominantly Mac users, we need someone who is an expert with Mac support and experience in JAMF configuration management. We are also need someone with strong customer services and communication skills to work with our users. Lastly, since the Burbank office is in the business of handling media and entertainment content, we have a lot of security controls in place for data handling and workflow. Therefore, astute troubleshooting skills and potentially similar background in supporting highly secured data would be preferred.
