Job Description:
The Coordinator is organized and continuous improvement-minded with a passion for problem solving, strong relationships skills, and ability to successfully collaborate cross functionally. NetDocuments is a cloud-based legal document management system in use by multiple legal units within the organization. The objective of this project is to rollout NetDocuments to features and television production-related legal teams through 2 phases of requirements gathering, team onboarding, and document migrations. All onboarding activities will be coordinated by the coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring business priorities can be met, resources are available and calendared, and teams are trained and onboarded efficiently and effectively. The coordinator will be responsible for the following activities:
Oversee training calendar and keeps track of attendance
Schedule training, migrations, and software deployments
Track program activities and status
Submit and monitor requests for various types of services
Participate in hyper-care activities
Improve, refine, and document deployment processes
Escalates project risks as they are encountered
