Job Description:
This Project Coordinator will be assisting to manage inactive, abandoned or multiple assigned assets as a result of normal business processes and the current world situation from COVID-19. The role would provide support for ongoing audit and validation of assets and database. Reduce security risk of company assets that are not returned.
Responsible for ensuring data is up to date and accurate
Manage the recovery of asset identified and continue asset recovery efforts
Create solutions for ongoing savings on IT Support
Participate as a team member in business and process improvement projects, geared towards improving efficiency in asset process
Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Ensure project deadlines are met
Determine project changes
Provide administrative support as needed
Undertake project tasks as required
Develop project strategies
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Required Skills: ASSET RECOVERY; EXCEL; SERVICENOW; DATA ANALYSIS; PROJECT PLANS; ASSET MANAGEMENT.
