Job Description:
Responsible for day-to-day technical project management, supporting the delivery of artwork and metadata for use in international markets. This person will be a point of contact for the asset delivery process, overseeing and working with various internal departments, vendors and possibly the territory offices in order to provide updates and resolve issues as
they arise. This job holder will meet negotiated milestone dates for their projects by proactively identifying and proposing solutions to issues and roadblocks that occur during production. Point of escalation internally for ongoing issues with the various asset management systems and platforms used to house and deliver artwork and metadata to the streaming services.
Coordinate communication for requested system updates or enhancements in order to
ensure smooth on time delivery of assets
Validate and certify readiness of system updates and that they are working as required
Liaise with cross-functional project management teams to ensure needs are met
Manage timely updates from the team for the delivery ticket error system
Attend relevant meetings and provide department wide updates
Create & maintain regular metrics on production performance
Ensure thorough, accurate & timely completion of assignments
Support workstream through project management and execution of required job specifics
Act as a communication liaison with process owners and system representatives
Maintain effective communication with manager
Orchestrates and prioritizes package delivery requests based on stakeholder
