RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Burbank, CA.
Responsibilities:
Serving as a knowledge resource for Salesforce.com capabilities and best practices
Reviewing and understanding general business drivers and context for development projects
Defining the Salesforce.com platform required to support functional and non-functional requirements and business processes
Configuring working prototypes and performing business process reviews to validate and refine prototypes
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Comfortable working in Agile SDLC using Scrum framework
Understanding and experience using design patterns
Passion for code quality and code reviews
Implement automated unit testing framework as required
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components developed by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design
Will work under the guidance of Senior Developer and/or architect
Preparing formal project documentation, including specifications, requirements summaries, logical system design documents, state diagrams, and test scripts
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Salesforce.com configuration including: a. Workflow and Triggers b. Custom objects and fields c. Approvals d. Role hierarchies and Sharing Rules e. Page layouts, Record types, Profiles, Reports and Dashboards
Coding and integration experience including: a. Integration with Salesforce.com API b. Expert in APEX and Visual Force
Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies to include User Stories, Use Cases, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Tracking, UAT, Systems Testing, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall Methodology
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
