Our client in Burbank, CA is currently a Software Applications Trainer who can update their training material and provide online training sessions for their Consumer Products Creative Lifecycle Management application suite, Star Labs, which consists of Workfront, Nuxeo and MongoDB.

• Work with the Sr. Software Engineer to review current system functionality and existing training materials to identify gaps
• Analyze the practices and processes of the key stakeholders through shadowing and interviews
• Update training materials with any functionality and features that may be missing; in easy to understand context for the end user community
• Develop plan for updating training materials and deploying training
• Deploy training to internal resources via online sessions at regular intervals; recorded for playbacks
• Train the end user communities on applications via telepresence, chat, and email correspondence
• Document procedures for updating training as new functionality and features are introduced
• Stay up to date on product roadmap and plan how updated functionality/features will be addressed in revised training materials

Requirements:

• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Must be able to research and proofread to ensure all materials are high quality and accurate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience required in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Communications, Training, Education, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in delivering training in Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Teams
• Experience with e-learning and contextual help tools and technologies preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools preferred.
• Experience rolling out complex enterprise systems preferred.
• Consumer Products experience a plus
• Media & Entertainment experience a plus
