Configure and customize an evolving global Sales and Service Cloud environment. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management of standard and custom objects as well as integrations into 3rd party systems. Work with internal business team customers to gather requirements to deliver innovative solutions and repair system issues that meet needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability and realistic implementation schedules. Documentation of Salesforce system development work. Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

Qualifications:
• Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, reports, workflows and assignment rules). Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
• 3+ years of relevant SalesForce development experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies. Designing and developing solutions on CRM Salesforce platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our vendors, support teams, and users
• 3+ years of Salesforce platform configuration experience (Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, App Cloud, experienced with both declarative and programmatic configuration)
• 3+ years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
• Strong Salesforce development skills with 3+ year’s hands on experience and deep understanding of Salesforce platform features and middleware technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
• The applicant must have strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation/writing and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal supervision
• Experience in implementing and supporting large scale complex solutions and integrations of Salesforce with other 3rd-platforms and technologies
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
• Expertise in integration of Salesforce with other 3rd-party vendors for case creation and updates
• Salesforce Classic and Lightning experience required
• Liaise with SF application users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce
• Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications
• Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, reports, workflows and assignment rules)
• Develop solutions using MS tools, Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Service Now for issue and project tracking a plus
• You have experience with Salesforce data tool development Web to Case.
• Experience with The Form Assembly
• Experience with Salesforce Service cloud highly desired
Required Education
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience
Preferred Education
• Salesforce certifications desired
