Title: Agile Program Manager Location: Remote West Coast Hours Type: Contract
Our global market intelligence client is seeking someone to help with Agile in their People organization. Job Description: Are you passionate about finding ways to help teams excel and deliver value? Are you energized about leading Agile teams? Then you should become the Program Manager for our client with a specific focus on planning and execution of a program across several teams. Along the way, you will mentor, coach, and facilitate as needed to optimize the flow of value to customers. Implement and maintain agility processes, practices, and tools that enable People teams to create demonstrable value more easily and consistently for their stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Drive process improvements and alignment across the People organization
Coach and mentor the People organization employees and teams to improve collaboration, predictability, transparency and a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the People leadership team.
Guardian of transparency.
Implement a system to visualize the work across the People org and its teams while providing a lightweight tracking of value execution
Facilitate meetings, including strategic alignment and periodic synchronization meetings
Champion and facilitating lightweight estimation techniques
Uncover and minimize risks, dependencies, and impediments
Monitor the flow of work, striving to uncover and clear up bottlenecks
Enable Agility
Foster trust and collaboration; make it safe to challenge, experiment and fail without fear.
Foster continuous collaboration; continuously collaborate and communicate across all functions.
Collaborate across all functions to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Actively participate in ongoing change management as process, business and technical scope is adjusted.

Requirements
5 years' experience of agility practices and processes like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
3 years' experience tracking and managing iterative and incremental development progress and metrics
Demonstrable ability to facilitate both small- and large-scale meetings Experience
5yrs+ Scrum Master experience
Some JIRA experience required; Confluence experience also desired
5 years of related experience with a Bachelors' degree
3 years and a Masters' degree, or a PhD without experience
