DescriptionRobert Half Accountemps is working with a tax agency client that is looking to hire a Tax Preparer on a contract basis. Handling communication from clients and tax authorities.
Auditing all tax forms for completeness and accuracy.
Providing future tax planning to clients.
Securing repeat business and expanding the client base.
Analyzing tax data submitted by the client to maximize the outcome for the client.
Signing income tax returns on behalf of individual and business clients.
RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
CTEC or completed Registered Tax Return Preparer Test preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience processing both individual and corporate tax returns
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Tax ERP system experience preferred
