Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for Business Development Manager with 15 years’ experience & able to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • Independently responsible for Business Development activities, Business growth, Pipeline generation, Market analysis and Revenue generation
  • Responsible for lead generation, prospect identification and prospect engagement, requirement gathering, creating winning proposals and pricing negotiations
  • Has experience in selling Product Based Professional services & Core Product Engineering Services
  • Handling a team of BDE & Inside Sales representatives Involved in training, mentoring and management of individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team targets
  • Has selling Software Services experience in US, Canada, UK & North European markets to ISV’s
  • Has experience in Strategic Market Planning, including Business plan & Sales Strategy development
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain sales and business development opportunities
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, value propositions for corporate meetings
  • Involved into end to end sales cycle and responsible for closure
  • Focus areas: mid to large-sized companies from Retail, Supply Chain & Healthcare Domain
  • Has a competitive approach for winning business and leading team to manage accounts from a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Effectively and efficiently manage existing client relationships and evolve new relationships, working closely with Technical Team to attain company objective

You are responsible for all of the below steps:
  • Cold Calling.
  • Appointment Generation with Decision Makers (CEO's/CTOs)
  • Phone presentation
  • Qualified Lead Generation.
  • Closing the deals

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Candidates should have international selling Experience.
  • Passionate for sales,
  • Should be aware of day to day Market trends.
