HR GeneralistDescription:Build up the function of the HR department
Project work: handbook policies, employee relations, recruiting (hourly positions), facilitating leadership//skills//process around talent management//calibrations trainings
Looking for someone who can move into a management role within 3-6 months
-Talent management-Recruiting-Compensation-Go-getter attitude-Rounded HR professional with experience in building up/implementing HR processes-Will help build in HR systems and processes-Help with payroll/time keeping-Not much work needed on employee relations, its running well.-Just building out HR dept. to support 225 employees and 3 shifts.Day to day work:-Project work, a lot of handbooks/policies/employee relations as needed/recruiting/facilitating safety training/leadership training/facilitating talent management training-Working with other departmentsSkills:HR, hr generalist, benefits, recruiting, training development, hr policy, policy development, compensation and employment lawTop Skills Details:Recruiting
