Position Summary
Point of contact for all SAP order management responsibilities including reporting, financial reconciliation, and logistical fulfillment. Position will operate cross functionally between Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales. The goal of this role is to assess order discrepancies, communicate with key internal stakeholders, and provide a solution that ensures a positive customer experience. Weekly KPI analysis of credit memos, returns, webshop order reconciliation, among others.

Summary of Roles and Responsibilities
· Reconciling daily orders caught between webshop and SAP
· Define business processes / documentation
· Managing employee purchases
· Staff Training ByD Inside Sales
· Touchpoint to IT for SAP Issues
· Creating Work Instructions
· Product serial number change upkeep and management
· Coordinating outgoing customer communication strategy with Inside Sales Team Manager
· Credit memo management of process and execution on daily basis (manual and with reference)
· Management of refund process between Chino and Carlsbad
· Read Only access to Computop to check credit card authorizations and payment captures daily
· Checking status of return/credit memo refunds
· Managing employee discounts and purchases
· PayPal payment and reconciliation management
· Reconciling order-to-cash
· Manage employee and customer bike financing options
· Complies with weekly Sales Performance Report
· Fraud Management
· Touchpoint for warehouse and fulfillment
· Overview and management of returns
· Fraud protection management and process definition
· Velofix integration in SAP
· Inventory reporting
· Daily tracking of Open/In Process/In Preparation orders
· Checking for duplicate orders placed on the webshop
· Reject requests that need to be cancelled
· Touchpoint for B Stock process; helps with communication between Operations and Sales

Major Challenge:
Coordinating cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to efficiently and accurately identify and resolve transactional systematic discrepancies to ensure a positive customer experience.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Minimum Education Requirements:
BA with preferred background in Finance
Work Experience:
5 years
