For this position, we're looking for a dedicated Deskside Support Tech including some remote. Work shift will be 2 pm-10 pm. Training hours may occur outside of this shift.

Top 2 Must-Haves:

Heavy customer-facing tech support skills

Active Directory, data migration related to setting up a user account and access control

Overview:

• Tasks include setting up, imaging, and troubleshooting desktop / laptop issues
• PCs and laptops operate on Windows 7 and Windows 10
• There will be some troubleshooting of applications
• Tech should live within 15 minutes of the client site

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A+ certification, Network+ a plus
• Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
• Excellent communication and documentation skills required (in English)
• Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
• Not intimidated by problems you ve never seen before - confidence is key!
