Job Summary:
The role of the Manager of Business Applications and Analytics is to oversee the use of various software
application systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, CRM, Analytics) used by our company. In this role, your
responsibilities include (but are not limited to): leading two direct internal reports, leading a team of
offshore 3rd party resources, following Scrum agile project management principles, incorporating
DevOps best practices to facilitate continuous improvement, and providing technical support within the
organization.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assume ownership of global business applications: (1) Aptean Made2Manage ERP backed by
AWS Cloud Infrastructure; (2) Magento PaaS Order Management System; (3) Zoho CRM SaaS; (4)
Zoho Analytics SaaS; (5) Artificial Intelligence use cases.
While adhering to continuous improvement principles, you must work cross-functionally with
various departments (Finance, Operations, Commercial, and IT) architecting software roadmaps
to ensure strategic alignment with overall organizational initiatives.
Work side-by-side with the Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to ensure the
infrastructure backbone of business applications run flawlessly, protecting the integrity of data
that flows through the technology value stream and adhering to cybersecurity best practices.
Support the development and maintenance of technology strategy, technology standards,
roadmaps, data management, and architecture across the enterprise.
Serve as the subject matter expert in requirements gathering, evaluation, design, development,
testing, validation, and deployment of business systems.
Author required SDLC documentation such as user requirements spec, design spec, configuration
spec, functional and user acceptance test plan, training materials, cut-over plan, and telemetries
for measuring performance, maturity, and stability post-go-live.
Manage two immediate direct reports, a team of specialists and administrators behind ERP,
CRM, and Analytics.
Responsible for managing up to the senior executive leadership team (including parent
company), managing across to the management team, and managing down to the end-users and
operators.
Responsible for working side-by-side with your business partners to complete change
management documentation and project hand-off strategy and effort.

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent project management experience using agile/scrum methodology; experience managing
Scrm, SDLC, DevOps, and NIST cybersecurity.
Ability to effectively handle multiple critical projects simultaneously while paying close attention
to detail and process.
Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree (preferably Computer Science/Computer Information
Systems and or MBA with an emphasis in digital marketing and advanced analytics).
Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, PCI, GDPR, SOX and CCPA) is highly desired.
Certification in PMI, Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence, CRM, and Magento is highly
desirable.
