The successful candidate will showcase experiences including effective project management practices, M&A expertise, working collaboratively with all stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
15-20+ years of experience as IT program manager with heavy focus on Mergers & Acquisitions systems projects 5-8 years M&A experience integrating Workday systems. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Information Technology Exceptional organizational and planning ability, managing multiple concurrent projects Manages projects/programs with large teams, globally dispersed, IT and business team members Defines program value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs Experience managing PMO process or being part of PMO team Experience with complex IT systems integrations PMP certification Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations to various levels of management, articulating project status, risk mitigations, benefits & financial realizations.
Effective conflict management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with cross functional team who are working on multiple priorities Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and team members with variety of personal styles to focus on right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Oracle/Mosaic experience (HR/Fin) is a plus Planview PPM experience
