Constantly review and expedite POs
Updating Material Requirement Planning and expediting purchase orders based off demand
Running expiration reports for inventory and creating purchase requisitions if necessary
Running re-order report for part numbered indirect items.
Convert requisitions and prepare orders and making sure correct approvals for indirect items
Running expiration reports for inventory and creating purchase requisitions if necessary
Qualifications
College Degree is a plus; Life Science industry experience preferred
1 to 3 years in an Expediting type role
APICS certification preferred
Adept at working with MRP systems, including Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Capable of running meetings and keeping minutes
Benefits
Pay is up to $31.50 per hour ($63K annually), commensurate with experience
