The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of consumer facing web and mobile products that help clients stay connected to their money. We are redefining how truckers get paid and manage their business expenses. We need your help to bring our vision to reality.

As the Sr. Product Manager you will contribute to the vision and strategy of our flagship products, youll help define the products roadmap and deliver clear requirements to engineering and work with them to bring the vision to life.
Youll help drive the day-to-day product development schedule from design through to release, own the product life-cycle, and define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product.
What you will do:

• Define vision and product strategies while putting clients at the centre of the experience
• Communicate effectively the vision and strategy, taking into consideration different stakeholders. You will be key in influence the direction of the product while bring consensus across al stakeholders
• Build high-quality, functional prototypes that convey, prove, and advance the web and mobile products and applications
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders from concept through to launch including evaluating technical solutions
• Work with design, management, internal business partners, engineering and other subject matter experts
• Participate in the full lifecycle of product development; including ideation, design, development, implementation and validation
• Define the KPIs to measure the success of the product

What you need:

• Must have Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business
• 3 years of experience as a software product manager
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
• Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Understand and fluent usage across a broad spectrum of technologies including mobile technologies, API, security and payments
• Strong creative and conceptual thinker as well as, strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Passionate focus on the customer and unwavering commitment to quality
• Experience in start-up environment preferred
