This is a remote role but candidates may be asked to commute to Carlsbad, CA once a month.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform various merchant bank reconciliation processes and inventory reconciliation processes for high volume transactions integrated from e-commerce website into accounting system
• Perform reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts and subledgers to resolve outstanding open items to help in ensuring correctness of financial statements
• Assist Accounting Staff in ensuring accounting transactions from proprietary internal order system are recorded into accounting system
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years prior accounting experience
• Accounting experience in high volume e-commerce or inventory (or combination of both)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and accounting principles
• Extremely organized
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
