Salary $125-$135k
Our client is in a state of growth and has an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Manager. Are you excited to work with new technologies and investigate user workflows, customer needs, and market opportunities? Will develop business and functional specification documents for product enhancements in support of product initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Required Skills:
3 years of experience in product management and/or business analysis with SaaS solutions
2-4 years writing user stories and functional specifications and execution of product plans
Ability to manage within a matrixed organization and evaluate optimal execution paths
Experience in full product development lifecycle including deployment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Product Management as a discipline
Bonus Skills
Familiarity in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies
