Process Improvement & Risk Management: Suggest process improvements and identify potential risks. Collaborate with risk management teams to mitigate operational risks. Reporting, Documentation, and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and prepare procedural documentation. Generate operational reports and summaries for review. Technology Utilization: Use financial software proficiently and identify system enhancements. Team Collaboration, Training, and Leadership: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and assist in training entry level associates. Projects Support: Participate in organizational projects and initiatives. Additional Job Duties (Purchasing Department Specific Responsibilities): Review transfer and rollover forms. Ensure compliance with regulatory rules. Prepare and send acceptance letters to contra firms. Track transfer status and follow up on requests. Work with call center to ensure understanding of transfer requirements. Maintain Company Information list. Track, enter, and manage Cost Basis information. Process daily investments and ACHs/wires. Log and audit daily holds and returns. Complete research and service requests. Update Standard Operating Procedures.
