Job Description

To help us keep our ducks in a row, Lakeshore’s Retail Operations Team in Carson could use the support of a full-time Field Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and a resourceful problem solver with solid knowledge of the operations of our stores. This is a great opportunity to be part of the behind-the-scenes team that ultimately allows our stores to be operationally sound so they can focus on delighting our guests at every interaction.

A day on the job looks like this:
Working directly with our store teams to support them with any needs by answering any procedural questions and referencing procedure binders
Accessing multiple IT programs/platforms (loss prevention auditing tool, JIRA for POS Development, Ops Log, Intranet, etc.) to manage and monitor any store issues or questions
Participating in weekly meetings with cross-functional teams for collaboration on a variety of projects such as POS development, BOPIS, tax-free events, Back-To-School and Holiday sales setup, etc.
Coordinating and communicating procedures and dashboard rollouts
Testing for projects such as POS, coupon and promotions, etc.

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience working in aretail store environment; experience as a Lakeshore store supervisor or above is highly desirable
Candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S.; however, they must be willing and able to regularly work throughout the week from 9:30 am- 6 pm PT, including Saturdays
Must be comfortable with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, including proven proficiency in Excel
Strong ability to proactively manage multiple projects/deadlines and adapt to change
Strong written and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently toward a common goal and deadlines
