Job Description

Opportunity is knocking:
This might be a seasonal position, but the opportunity is real. Our super-busy holiday season (October to late December) gives everyone at Lakeshore a chance to shine…and that includes you! As a seasonal customer care agent, you will learn how to handle a high volume of calls the Lakeshore way—always friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. You will also be entering orders, handling customer inquiries and supporting fellow staff as needed. We’re looking for candidates who can work 30–40 hours a week, with shifts available Monday-Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and Saturday-Sundaybetween 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. If you have great people skills, excellent attention to detail and a desire to show us your best, fill out an online application right away!

Lakeshore has gone to great lengths to ensure our onsite work environment is as safe as possible for our employees. Safety protocols including social distancing, daily temperature checks, health assessments and face coverings will be required for all employees while onsite.


Your typical workweek looks like this:
High-volume phone calls and data entry
Treating customers and their needs like gold
Supporting an open and friendly workplace
Showing flexibility and a willingness to learn

Got the skills we’re looking for?
Tip-top customer service skills and outstanding phone etiquette
Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Ability to type minimum 35 words per minute
Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of urgency
Great accuracy and attention to detail
Previous customer service experience a big plus
