A long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity, the Front Desk Coordinator role is based in the Ceres, California region.How you will make an impactEnsure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

RequirementsExcellent written, verbal and social communication skills

3+ years of experience

Incoming phone call management skills desired

Proficiency in mail distribution

Well-founded grasp of data entry

Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

Proven knowledge of customer service

Filing experience

Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

Dispatching experience preferred
