- Perform outbound sales activities such as cold emails, phone calls, lead follow-up and opportunity qualifications
- Work as part of a competitive team of salespeople to achieve sales objectives and goals
- Learn the market and become aware of procedures, new technologies, and techniques to develop a strong sales approach
- Build and maintain a book of business for profitable growth and offer excellent customer satisfaction for high customer rating
- Provide effective communication to management regarding growth opportunities and areas of improvement with respective accounts
- Produce qualified prospects through daily outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify and research target companies to understand target organizations’ products and/or services
- Keep the sales pipeline full to consistently move potential clients through the sales process
- Manage and track leads using a CRM while maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Must pass the internal products certification training within the introductory period
- Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Effectively make formal and informal product presentations
- Multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Travel up to 10-25% (attending tradeshows/conventions and business trips)
- Work and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere
Desired Qualifications- 3+ years of sales, medical device sales, medical equipment sales or equivalent combination
- Experience creating own Lead Generation
- CRM knowledge (Equivalent to Pipedrive)
- Bachelor's Degree
