Our customers include the world's leading online content and social networking providers, high performance cloud and grid computing, life sciences, media production organizations and security & intelligence organizations.We are currently seeking a Electromechanical AssemblerJob Summary:Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Assemble, modify, and rework production components / sub-assemblies utilizing process documentation (drawings) and Bill of Materials.

Proficient in use of basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to (non/ powered) screw drivers, tweezers, soldering iron, crimper, wire strippers, hot plates and microscopes.

Participate in continuous improvement and team building activities.

Maintains productive working relationships with all team members.

Performs other duties as assigned by manager with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:Knowledge of soldering ability (surface mount and through hole), ability to crimp, solder and tripwires', connector and cable assemblies, rework and build test fixtures.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, wire lists, schematic diagrams and work instructions.

Ability and proficiency in using a microscope to monitor assembly progress and quality.

Proficient in reading process documentation (Assembly drawings and BOMS).

Familiarity with electrical and mechanical tools.

Acute attention to detail.

Follow all recommended safety measures.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum ONE (1) year assembly experience necessary; Two (2) years’ experience preferred.
