Temporary Position Available:
Duties include data-entry: checks, deposits, bills, (A/R A/P) credit card transactions, invoicing, bank and credit card reconciliations, entering complex time-cards, processing payroll (all functions) using QuickBooks Pro Accountant, along with some filing, processing mail, answering phones, greeting clients, and other administrative duties as needed to maintain a professional office environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
AS in Accounting or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years)
Solid understanding of Double Entry Accounting and Financial Statements, Cash & Accrual
Proficiency at QuickBooks
ALL candidates to be considered must possess:
Professional communication skills /Understands the importance of office decorum when dealing with clients
Critical thinking/common sense skills
Willingness to learn and apply methods used within the firm
